Technologies

MIPS Spherical®
MIPS Spherical is the evolution of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection system. Manufactured in the typical design, the two layers of EPP foam in two degrees of hardness act as a kind of joint that can move a few millimeters in each direction, effectively reducing rotational energy at certain impact angles.

XT-2® Extended Wear Interior
The X-Static XT2® pads are interwoven with silver threads. Quick-drying and antibacterial, they work against odor. In addition, the thermal properties of the X-Static® pads give the rider a cooling sensation in hot weather and a warming sensation in cold weather.

Overbrow Ventilation
Deep air intakes above the forehead bring cooling air into the helmet, which is directed around the head through a matrix of air channels for a holistically cool helmet climate.

Float Fit
Bell's most advanced helmet fit system combines comfort and safety in an ultra-lightweight design. Float Fit™ optimizes the fit of the helmet in 2 ways - in terms of head circumference and vertical adjustability. To reduce weight and simplify usability, the guide arms uniquely enclose the back of the head thanks to "Float" design. This puts the helmet in an ideal position on the head. Simple, lightweight and comfortable.
