The Castelli Alpha Doppio ROS cycling jacket is a high-performance garment designed for demanding rides in cold and wet conditions. Its revolutionary two-layer construction is the key to its exceptional performance. A windproof and water-resistant outer layer made from GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 150 fabric protects you from the elements, while an inner layer of Polartec® Alpha Direct insulation provides warmth without sacrificing breathability.

This ingenious design allows you to regulate your body temperature by opening the outer layer during intense climbs to release moisture, then closing it again for protection during descents. The separation of the insulation and wind/water barrier ensures optimal climate control. Small, but significant details have also been meticulously considered. The high collar provides added protection, while the silicone-reinforced hem seals out wind without restriction. The double-layered cuffs, designed to work seamlessly with gloves, prevent cold wind and water from entering at the wrists. Strategic seam sealing at the shoulders further enhances water resistance.
