The Pector ME-1 boasts an extended protection zone in the temples and back of the head, meeting the NTA standard for pedelecs and speed pedelecs. It integrates the Boa Adaptation System and the Mips Brain Protection System, working together to optimize both safety and fit. BOA® SYSTEM: KED's seamless integration of the BOA® system into the 360° head ring ensures maximum comfort. Its ingeniously simple, one-handed operation lets you fine-tune the fit while cycling, guaranteeing a safe and perfect fit in all situations.

FIDLOCK®: FIDLOCK® technology simplifies fastening. The buckle closes almost automatically thanks to the combination of magnetic force and mechanical lock-in, and it can be operated single-handedly, preventing unintentional skin pinching. The buckles are highly reliable, robust, and secure.

MIPS – Brain Protection System(BPS): Angled impacts create rotational motion, and the MIPS BPS System addresses this. Its low-friction layer allows the head to move 10–15 mm relative to the helmet in all directions, reducing rotational motion to the brain, making the helmet safer and adding protection.
