Technologies

MIPS
MIPS is a system that protects against brain injuries that can be caused by rotational movements in the event of an impact. The low-friction insert enables a sliding movement of 10-15 mm in all directions and thus reduces the rotational movement in the event of a fall. MIPS therefore offers additional protection.

FAS
The Fast-Adapting-System strap can be easily and continuously adjusted to fit the shape of your head. This keeps the helmet firmly on the head in all situations and the strap always in the optimum position.

Hardshell technology
The helmet consists of an injection-molded outer shell and an EPS inner shell. A highly effective safety combination: impact-resistant on the outside and shock-absorbing on the inside. For maximum safety and maximum comfort.

IAS
With the uvex IAS system, helmets can be adjusted in width. After all, everyone has their own individual head.

Monomatic
Multi-stage and anatomically shaped: The uvex Monomatic comfort closure can be opened and closed with just one hand at the touch of a button. This means the chin strap always fits perfectly.
