Technologies

MIPS
MIPS is a system that protects against brain injuries that can be caused by rotational movements in the event of an impact. The low-friction insert enables a sliding movement of 10-15 mm in all directions and thus reduces the rotational movement in the event of a fall. MIPS thus offers additional protection.

Inmold technology
EPS is foamed directly into the impact-resistant polycarbonate shell. For a helmet construction that is as light as it is very stable.

IAS 3D System
Heads differ not only in their circumference, but also in their height. The uvex IAS 3D system therefore offers the additional option of precise adjustment to the individual head height.

FAS
The Fast-Adapting-System strap can be easily and continuously adjusted precisely to the shape of your head. This keeps the helmet firmly on the head in all situations and the strap always in the optimum position.
